Polychip Repairs Quail Range Loop
Wednesday, August 5 to Friday, August 7
Sunland is scheduled to Polychip roads in Quail Creek. This process will keep roads in good condition for an extended period.
Polychip—Wednesday August 5 and Thursday, August 6
Striping/Pavement Markings—Friday, August 7
Unit 17: Glen Canyon Rd., Glen Canyon Court, Sawyer Rd., Rhodes Dr., and Kenneth Dr.
During this time, the four roads listed above will be closed. In addition, road work will take place on Quail Range Loop, from Three Feathers to the driving range; however, this road will remain open throughout the project.
All street closures are limited to those noted in Unit 17. For residents in this unit, overnight parking will be permitted on Rams Head in Unit 26 or across the street in Unit 12 along Glen Canyon. Overnight parking will also be allowed on Quail Crossing; Patrol will not issue parking violations in these areas during the specified dates.
Additional updates will be provided as August approaches.
Polychip: The streets will be swept clean and coated with a layer of binder and aggregate. Barricades will be in place for the duration of the work; please do not move the barricades. A member of the Sunland crew will remove the barricades once it is safe for vehicles to drive on the pavement.
Relocate Vehicles: The map outlines restricted areas and dates. Please have all vehicles and obstructions outside of the work area by 6 a.m. Any vehicles left in restricted areas will be towed at the owner’s expense. Relocate vehicles to an area outside of the work zone.
Limit Use Of Irrigation: Streets must be dry. Please adjust or turn off irrigation systems that may cause issues and delay the work. This MUST be done no later than 24 hours prior to work dates.
Service Providers: Please notify all service providers (housekeeping, pest control, Amazon, etc.) of the work schedule, as there will be limited access to work areas. If possible, please reschedule their services to avoid any inconvenience.
If you must pass through the work area, please ask the flaggers or one of the crew members for directions. Do not park in the work zone.
Polychip cannot be performed in the wind or rain. If a reschedule is necessary, we will send an updated schedule as soon as possible.
We understand there may be some inconvenience during this maintenance. We ask for your patience and understanding as we work to provide excellent results with minimal inconvenience.
Please keep children and pets away from maintenance for their own safety.
Trash Pickup: Trash will not be serviced on Thursday, August 8, as the street in front of your home will be closed.
