The Women of Quail Creek (TWOQC) gathered on May 14, for another memorable “In My Kitchen” luncheon, hosted by Sherri Norine and Celia Shevlin.
The menu was amazing and filled with all the flavors that touched every taste bud: savory beef empanadas with bright chimichurri sauce, a refreshing black bean and corn salad-relish, and a silky Spanish flan to finish it off.
And the conversation around the table was just as delicious! Thank you to Sherri and Celia for opening their kitchen and reminding us that good food and good friends make the very best recipe.
