The Lady Putters once again wholeheartedly supported the annual baby shower for the 162nd Wing, Arizona Air National Guard.
One of the big raffle items given away in the free raffle for expectant moms was a hand painted picture of Noah’s Ark. Putters past president Janet Wegner made the ark quilt that was also part of the prize. Putters members and the club also donated $600 to go towards the purchase of baby items to include these items for each mom: a small plate, bowl, spoon, baby hangers, rubber duck, small book, and sippy cup. Several members also made individual donations of clothing, blankets and accessories.
