As our community grows larger, with over 3,000 homes and winter visitors arriving for the season, please exercise safe driving practices on our roads and in our parking lots. This is a reminder to be aware of your own and others’ safety.
While driving through the community, please abide by the following speed limits:
• Gatehouse and Entry: 10 mph, includes stop and yield
• Quail Crossing Blvd.: 35 mph
• Quail Range Loop: 35 mph
• Quail View Loop (road passing by the Sales Office): 25 mph
• All residential streets: 25 mph
• Parking lots: 15 mph
All vehicles (cars, trucks, golf carts, bicycles, and anything else with wheels) need to stop at stop signs. Slowing down is not enough. Proceed with caution, looking out for pedestrians and other vehicles. Watch out for pedestrians as you drive on our roads and especially our in parking lots. As you cross a road from the golf course, please stop and look both ways before proceeding.
