Fifteen nurses enjoyed a picnic, lecture, and a walking tour of Desert Meadows Park, a beautiful park right in our backyard. Chuck Parsons, manager of the park, was our guide. The park has many peaceful, inspiring, bird-watching, and artful sitting areas. Everyone is encouraged to check out this true gem in Green Valley.
