The traveling team of the Quail Creek Billiards Club (QCBC) won its second tournament of the season against Voyager on Dec. 10. The two teams played the game of 8-Ball, with the tournament ending in a tie: 24 to 24. A tie-breaker match was then played and was won by the QCBC team of David Kidwell and Dick Randles. The tournament was held at the Voyager Resort in Tucson, as baseboards and chair rails were being installed that day in the Quail Creek Billiards Room at the Madera clubhouse where it had originally been scheduled. The traveling team included QCBC members Pat Nigro, Mike Ohrel, John Andersen, Skip Jones, Terry Haggart, Dennis Desmond, David Kidwell, and Dick Randles.
