“Myth Busters –Pet Edition”
Guest Speaker: Dr. Shelly Humphery
Have you ever wondered if the things that your friends and relatives tell you about your cats and dogs are really true? Is it true that if they are sick, you can tell by the moisture of their nose? Will chocolate really kill your dog? Is a dog’s mouth really helpful to wound healing? Does a purring cat always mean they are happy? Are grain free diets the best for dogs and cats? Come find the answers to these questions and come hear about the myths that we have debunked.
It will be a fun discussion and conversation!
We will be addressing common beliefs about your pets that might not be true. Come and get a veterinarian’s perspective on common misconceptions, and come ask if what you always thought to be true really is!
As always, our workshops are free and open to the public (please leave pets at home)
