The Food & Beverage Committee and the Quail Creek Food & Beverage Team are hosting The Culinary Passion Scholarship Competition. This fundraiser will be held on Thursday, September 29 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Madera Ballroom. Funds raised will benefit Senior students enrolled in the Sahuarita High School Culinary Program to assist them in further education as they work toward careers in the Hospitality Industry.
The competition will have five teams of students each preparing both a savory bite and a mini-cupcake. The $20 Culinary Passport admission ticket includes 10 punches – six for food stations, one for a crepe/ice cream station and three for wine tastings. There will also be a silent auction with a variety of gift certificates and merchandise on which to bid. Winning bids will be announced prior to the end of the event. Only cash or checks can be accepted for payment.
The committee is seeking donations of merchandise, gift certificates or cash to purchase items for the silent auction. Company and personal sponsorships at various levels are also welcomed and will be acknowledged in the program as well as displayed on a poster the night of the event. For further information contact Jim Graham ([email protected]).
Tickets are now available at the Concierge Desk. Tickets may also be ordered through Quail Creek Ticketing online and picked up at the Concierge Desk or at the event. A maximum of 300 tickets will be sold and tickets will not be available to purchase at the door.
