Members of the Let’s Travel Club experienced a day trip on March 13 to Biosphere 2. We had a two-hour behind-the-scenes tour of this remarkable facility. In addition to learning about the history and current research initiatives at Biosphere 2, we had an opportunity to experience one of the “lungs” that regulates the air pressure inside the main glass enclosure. Afterward, we had a wonderful lunch at the RoadRunner Grill, which is located within our sister community, SaddleBrooke.
