As the New Year began, the Lady Putters finalized their plans for the first of 2019 playing events with the other two Quail Creek ladies golf groups, the Niners and 18-hole golfers. The competition is slated for Thursday, January 24 with a 12:30 p.m. shotgun start. Cost for the Putters will be $23.
Teams will consist of three players: one Putter, one Niner and one 18-Holer. The Niners and 18-Holers will alternate shots to the green. Once on the green the Putters will putt into the hole.
The menu will include corn chowder and chili served in bread bowls, salad bar and ginger snaps for dessert. Interested ladies may sign up with their respective golf clubs or at the Pro Shop.
