Jeff Krueger
We built our home in Quail Creek in 2010 after being impressed with the community, lifestyle, and residents we had met, and moved here full-time in 2013. Prior to retiring, I was a senior executive at Mercury Marine as director of sales, service, and marketing, managing an operational budget of more than $2 million and sales of over $100 million.
I served on the board of directors of the Our World Underwater Scholarship Society sponsored by Rolex and was appointed to the Wisconsin State Legislative Council.
I am a former resident elected Quail Creek Property Owners Association (POA) board member and served in that position from 2018 through 2020. Prior to that, I served on the QC Election Committee and Rules Committee. I am involved in many community activities as president of the Photography Club of Quail Creek, past board member of the QC Air Gun Club, member of the QC Performing Arts Guild and the QC Remote Control Club. I also volunteer my time as a photographer for many community clubs and activities.
My reasons for having been on the POA board and running for election again are simple. I feel that it is important to be an active member of our community. My years as a corporate executive gave me many skills I have brought to the board in the past, along with my time and energy. I am familiar with our management and POA board responsibilities, including those we have had to address over some very trying times recently.
I enjoy my involvement in the clubs and activities I belong to and those that Sharon and I do together. I would like to again help guide our growth as a community. I want to represent all Quail Creek residents in a positive and responsive manner.

* With ongoing investments and initiatives, we have the opportunity to create the preeminent golfing community in southern Arizona. I fully support the current initiatives.

Topics of interest:
* Recommend more transparency from the board on financial and operational activities in our community.
* Board should be more responsive to the community. Letters to and from residents and requests for attendance at meetings should be dealt with in a timely manner.
* I strongly support the development of a new gate/exit for community safety. I have sent several letters to Sahuarita Planning and City Council in support of an additional gate.
* We need additional golf courses in our community. Existing golf facilities will not accommodate projected home build out.
* Recommend food and beverage cart or window to accommodate food and beverage sales to the 240,000 golfers who pass by the Grill door annually, but have limited opportunities to buy.
Robson does more than build houses—they build communities, and do it very well.
We are blessed to live in a wonderful community.
I suggest that, given my previous experience, demeanor, and management style, I would serve our community well. If you like or agree with some of my thoughts and ideas, I would be honored by your vote.

I am a proud and happy member in good standing and year-round resident of Quail Creek. I am willing and desire to serve and perform the duties as a director on the POA board. My wife and I have lived in Quail Creek for seven years. I want Quail Creek to be the “place where people want to LIVE.”
Within a year of moving here, I was voted onto the board of the Men’s 18-hole golf association and became the Rules Chairman. The following year I was nominated by both the ladies and men’s golf associations to take on the role of account representative for Quail Creek during the rollout of Golf Genius tournament software. I am also a monitor in the Computer Club and led training sessions on Golf Genius for all association tournament managers.
I volunteered for the Green Committee and served as secretary for three years, followed as vice chairman, and currently the chairmanship. My final term ends this year.
Our community needs the best business management that it can get. We need to make sure we have a healthy reserve fund and that money is spent to maintain the value of our assets, which ultimately impacts our happiness and home values. With good communication and face-based education, more people need to get involved in decision-making on both ongoing maintenance and capital projects.
In my professional career I was a business manager of a highly profitable environmental remediation company, and later a health, safety, security, and environmental risk manager at a major oil company. I have learned to look at issues in depth and to consider positive and negative consequences of actions.
I want to see all amenities continue to improve and serve the people of this community in the best way possible.
