Come to the Let’s Travel Club meeting on Oct. 20 at 2 p.m. to hear from Jerry Gardner about his adventure from Venice to Istanbul. Jerry is a Quail Creek resident and thoroughly planned this trip for himself and his partner Troy.
Learn how he planned this memorable trip, what their itinerary was, and the lessons he learned. Jerry will review the timing of planning this and booking all the hotels, cruises, and excursions. Along with his PowerPoint presentation, there will be many photos of the places they visited. In Italy, they visited Venice, Murano, and Burano. Then off to Croatia, Bosnia, and Montenegro. Then to Greece, Corfu, Olympia, Athens, Heraklion, and Rhodes. Then to Turkey, including Ephesus and Troy (namesake), and Istanbul. It sounds like a beautiful trip.
