Karen Bartlett, ALC Supervisor
The cooler temperature is a welcome reminder Fall is here. Outside activities and projects are in full swing. A reminder to check with the ALC to see if you need an approved permit.
Most permit applications will require a plot plan. When you closed on your house most title companies provided a plot plan at that time. If over time, you have misplaced it or never received one, all is not lost. You can easily obtain one through the Town of Sahuarita by doing the following:
Visit the website at sahuaritaaz.gov
* Click on Government
* Public Records Request
* Submit a records request
* Town Public Records—You must create an account.
Once you have logged in, fill out the required information. For Plot Plans you will select Planning and Building Plans/Permits.
If a Plot Plan is found, it will be emailed to the email address you provided. Plot plans can take several days to two weeks to receive.
