As we begin a new year, I can look back at 2025 and see the hard work of the board of directors, the ALC and Finance Committees, and the POA staff and all that each has accomplished this past year.
I would like to welcome Ralph Scafuri back to the board as he begins his second term, being that he ran unopposed in our recent election. Remaining on the board is Connie Bandstra, Wayne Stadnik, Jack Sarsam, and Tim Fudge. If you have not attended a board meeting, I’d like to invite you to the first one of 2026, which will be held on Feb. 16 at 10 a.m. in the Madera ballroom. Homeowners are welcomed and encouraged to attend.
I also want to thank each of you as residents of Quail Creek for all of your support and feedback. Your voice is important, and I enjoy hearing from you. Please join me as I hold Coffee with the GM meetings throughout the year. This is a great way for me to interact with each of you and to learn more about your questions and concerns.

The website has helpful information on architectural landscape guidelines, links to pay your assessments, how to report a work order, department manager contact information, activities, golf, the Grill, and so much more.
