The Anza Athletic Club is proud to announce the addition of a personal fitness trainer, Tom Dean. He joins Bridget Lehmann in providing residents with fitness guidance to achieve a healthy lifestyle.
Tom is a new resident to Quail Creek. He has been involved in fitness and athletics throughout his life and has over 20 years of experience with personal/senior fitness training. He spent four years with the Air Force as a physical conditioning specialist and has been active in triathlons, swimming, cycling and cross fit training. He is an avid pickleball player and golfer. Tom is passionate about helping others incorporate fitness and functional habits to achieve a healthy lifestyle. Tom challenges his clients to see the strength in themselves and push to new levels. No matter what stage of fitness, he creates a personal workout tailored to his client’s individual goals.
Tom is ISSA certified in senior fitness training and is looking forward to working with residents of Quail Creek. Appointments can be made at the Anza reception desk or by phone at 520-393-5819.
