It’s that time of year again when you have an excellent opportunity to become a Quail Creek POA board member. As a board member, you serve a two-year term as one of the two resident-member-elected representatives on the five-person board and help determine what happens in our community.
Your role as an elected member is to express the opinions and standpoints of your fellow Quail Creek residents. Board members participate in all board meetings and various appointed committees.
Jeff Krueger, a Quail Creek resident and previous board member, said, “I enjoyed my time during the five years I spent on the POA board working with the RCI-appointed board members to determine the direction and activities of Quail Creek.”
Applications to join the 2026-27 QC board open on Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2025. Applicants are required to submit a Statement of Intent, a short biography, and a photograph by 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2025. Application materials and eligibility details are available online at quailcreekhoa.org under POA Board > 2025 Board of Directors Election. Alternatively, forms can be collected from the QC Administration office at 904 N. Quail View Loop, next to the dog park.
Submit your completed Statement of Interest (SOI) package—including the form, biography, and photograph—to the Administration office by 2 p.m. on Sept. 23, 2025. The Voting Election Period takes place between Oct. 21 and Nov. 11, 2025.
