The three-day two-man Team Match Play event of the QCMGA was played on August 28, 30 and September 4, 2018 utilizing all three nines at Quail Creek CC. This was the final three-day tournament on the QCMGA calendar for 2018. The field was divided into eight flights by handicap with four teams competing in each flight. Payments were made to the top two teams in each flight.
The following were the winners and runners-up in all flights.
