Francie Walker and Carol Clifford took on the job of creating the annual QCLGA, 18 hole club No Frills Member/Guest, Member/Member Tournament on July 21 and promised a sweet surprise.

Along with a fun round of golf with a four man team and a wonderful lunch provided by Epi and her crew in the Madera Clubhouse, they delivered on the sweet surprise. A bag of colorful candy was provided to each team with the duty to assign a color to each player and indicating that one candy pulled out of the bag on each tee box was the ball to count on that hole!

Francie and Carol wish to thank Joel Jaress for his help in scoring and announcing the winners and their committee Sharon Hayes, Jan Ranney and Jan Rooney for another successful event for the 18 Hole Golf Club.
