The Primary Election Is Just Around the Corner—Dates You Need to Know!

The Pima County Elections Department has posted the following dates for registration, requests for mail-in ballots, Primary Election Day, and the dates that the results are canvassed and approved for the upcoming 2024 Primary Election.

Voting Deadlines:

• Voter Registration Deadline: Monday, July 1

• Early Voting Begins/Ballots Mail: Wednesday, July 3

• Last Day to Request a Ballot by Mail: Friday, July 19

• Election Day: Tuesday, July 30

• Signature & Conditional Provisional Cure Deadline: Sunday, Aug. 4

• County Canvass Deadline: Monday, Aug. 12

• Secretary of State Canvass Deadline: Thursday, Aug. 15

Early Voting Deadlines:

• Recommended deadline to mail back your ballot: July 23

• Last day to vote early in person: July 26

• Emergency Voting: July 27 and July 29

• Early Voting Center locations will open on July 3, and Emergency Voting Centers will be open on July 27 and 29.

The Pima County Recorder lists the following location with dates and times in the Green Valley/Sahuarita area:

• La Villita Community Center, 71 W. Sahuarita Road, Sahuarita, Ariz.

• Early Voting: July 15 through July 26, Monday through Friday only, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• Emergency Voting: July 27 and July 29, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Election Day:

Voting Centers will be open on Election Day, July 30, from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
