Pam Campbell On Sept. 5, Jane Bottlinger and Pam Campbell began their four-day Grand Canyon hike from the north rim to the south rim with The Wildland Trekking Company. Pam celebrated her 71st birthday that evening at Cottonwood Campground, on the north Kaibab Trail.
