The Primary Election in Arizona is Tuesday, Aug. 2, and the Republican Party in Arizona is filled with superb candidates running for every federal, state, and local office. Two more statewide candidates visited Quail Creek on Friday, May 20, stated their case for the Republican nomination, and answered questions from the enthusiastic crowd.
Shiry Sapir, a successful businesswoman and mother of three, is a candidate for Arizona Superintendent of Public Instruction. She highlighted her platform and campaign to reclaim this important office for Republicans in the 2022 election. Shiry is a strong advocate for school choice, parental rights, and putting our kids first. She is committed to returning academic excellence as a priority in Arizona classrooms.
Brandon Martin is running for the Republican nomination for the U.S. House of Representatives in District 6. This is an open seat that Republicans can flip in 2022. Only five seats must change to Republican hands for the Party to recapture control of the U.S. House. Brandon gave an exciting presentation, emphasizing his conservative credentials and his support of border security, a strong national defense, the Second Amendment, and protection of the inalienable Right to Life.
Quail Creek Republican Club President Rich Ulery then announced that the QC Republican “Kegger” will take place on Wednesday, June 29, from 4:30 to 7 p.m. in the Madera Clubhouse and patio. All residents of Quail Creek are invited to attend and meet the many candidates who plan to be there. A classic burger dinner will be served. A keg of beer, along with an assortment of soft drinks, will be provided compliments of the Quail Creek Republican Club!
