This is a reminder that Quail Creek is a Limited Smoking Community, per Quail Creek Rule 2.3.
Smoking, which includes electronic cigarettes, is prohibited within any Quail Creek community building.
In addition, smoking is not permitted within twenty (20) feet of any door or operable window of a community building, nor is it permitted at the pool area or on the patio of any community building where food or beverages are served or consumed. This includes the Madera clubhouse patio. Note that e-cigarettes, cigarettes, and cigars are strictly prohibited. Thank you for understanding.
