To each and every Quail Creek resident, we ask you to take a moment to reflect upon the services provided by our property owners association (POA) employees and their contributions to the great lifestyle afforded by our community. It is that time of year when we look forward to giving thanks and celebrating the people who make a difference in our lives.
As part of the season of gratitude, it has been a tradition that we host the annual Employee Appreciation Event. Due to the current state that we are all faced with and not being able to host large events, we have decided to forgo the dinner but still continue to collect funds to show our appreciation.
For the past 13 years, the Quail Creek POA has generously supported those who work tirelessly in our community, be it at Anza, Madera Clubhouse Patrol, the Grill, Pro Shop, Golf Course, Maintenance, or Grounds, by giving back financially to show appreciation for their help. Remember that in addition to those whom you see regularly, there are many who are working behind the scenes to help make your Quail Creek experience wonderful. Your generosity allows us to purchase gift cards for each staff member as a thank you for their service.
If you are able to contribute this year, please make your check payable to QCEAE (Quail Creek Employee Appreciation Event) and drop it off at Member Services located in the lobby of the Madera Clubhouse, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., the Anza reception desk, or the Hostess Station at The Grill. Or you may mail your donation to Quail Creek Employee Appreciation, 904 N. Quail View Loop, Green Valley, AZ 85614.
Please donate what you can and as soon as possible so we can quickly determine the amounts we’re able to give. The last day to donate is Monday, Dec. 6. Thank you in advance for your help, and please know that our dedicated employees are grateful for your support!
