Have you ever joined a club but weren’t quite sure what you were supposed to do next? The Women of Quail Creek are inviting new members throughout the year to Wine and Welcome Parties hosted by Membership Chair, Angie Werner, and Co-Chair, Barb Hunsinger. The purpose of the parties is to allow members to not only meet new friends but also showcase the work of the club. The first party of 2019 was held on January 14 and twelve new members attended. While participants sipped wine and soft drinks and munched on snacks, they learned about the many programs, events and fundraising projects they can be involved with as members of TWOQC.
“Our club is like a three-legged stool,” said Pat Neel, TWOQC President. “We offer women an opportunity to get involved in helping our community, expand their knowledge through educational and hands-on experiences and enjoy social events and make new friends. We welcome all Quail Creek women who want to do as much, or as little, as they wish.”
