A Mata Ortiz Pottery Show will be held in Quail Creek at the Kino Conference Center on October 14 from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m., October 15 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and October 16 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Watch master Mata Ortiz potters Lydia Quezada, Moroni T Quezada, Pabla T Quezada, Hector Gallegos and Laura Bugarini form, paint and fire pottery. Marvel at jewelry made from pottery shards and wrapped in Taxco sterling silver. Free and open to the public.
