On Oct. 12, members of the Let’s Travel Club had the opportunity to take a memorable tour of the Pima Air & Space Museum, led by QC resident Alan Chaulk, a docent at the museum. A second group toured the museum on Oct. 19, also led by Alan.
Colonel Richard Bushong, a World War II B-17 pilot, was at the 390th Memorial Museum and talked about his personal experiences. He is a very fascinating man, and he just turned 100. If you’d like to hear Richard tell his story, he is usually at the museum every Thursday.
