Lady Putters now on summer schedule

Peggy McGee

With the summer heat now upon us, the Lady Putters have switched to their summer schedule. Check-in takes place each Wednesday at 8:00 a.m. with putting beginning promptly at 8:30 a.m. These hours will remain in effect until November.

Despite the hot weather there are dress restrictions in effect. No tank tops, halter tops or short shorts are allowed. Denim is never allowed. Ladies are asked to wear rubber-soled shoes to protect the putting green. Putters are reminded to bring water to ensure they stay hydrated.

Putters activities are open to all female residents whether owners or renters. Ladies may try out Putters twice before making a commitment to join the group. There is a weekly $1 fee to putt and annual
dues are $15.
