On Thursday, February 18 the Quail Creek Air Gun Club hosted a Ladies Day at the Air Gun Range. All Quail Creek ladies were invited to attend. The lady club members brought their own rifles and pistols for anyone to try. The club members were more than willing to share their knowledge of air guns and their enthusiasm for shooting with all participants. Air guns use small pellets instead of bullets. Because of their size they are highly affected by the wind. This presents a real challenge in target shooting. Though the high winds blew our pellets all over the place, it didn’t blow our enthusiasm away and a good time was had by all.

The Air Gun Club is open to all Quail Creek residents. Check our website www.qcairgunclub.com or the daily What’s Happening at Quail Creek emails for shooting times and special events. The range is located on Campbell Avenue. Turn left at the first street past the Guard House. Continue past the Fire Station and the Quonset hut. There is a gate on your right with the Air Gun Club sign on it. Please close and latch the gate after entering. We always have guns to try and would love to have you join our club.
