Issues Logging Into the Quail Creek Website on Outdated iOS Versions

We’ve identified that some users are experiencing problems logging into the Quail Creek website due to using an outdated iOS version on their Apple devices.

To ensure secure and seamless access, please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

Steps to Fix the Login Problem:

1. Check Your iOS Version

• Go to Settings > General > About

• Look for Software Version

2. Update Your iOS (if needed)

• Go to Settings > General > Software Update

• If an update is available, tap Download and Install

3. Clear Safari Website Data

• Go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

4. Restart Your Device

• Power off your iPhone or iPad, wait a few seconds, and turn it back on

5. Try Logging in Again

• Visit quailcreekhoa.org and log in as usual
