Group members gathered for a special edition of In My Kitchen with Cathy Ollman where the focus was on using herbs and spices for health and demystifying herbal and dietary supplements.

Cathy kicked off the session with a live demonstration on how to make easy cashew milk. Attendees were treated to tastings of flavorful, health-boosting beverages, including chai tea, matcha lattes, Cathy’s signature hot chocolate, and even a unique medicinal chocolate. These were no ordinary recipes. Each was crafted with carefully selected ingredients known for their wellness benefits.

Following the kitchen session, guest speaker Susan Banks joined via Zoom to lead a thoughtful discussion on dietary supplements. Susan provided valuable insight into how supplements can be used to support health and encouraged attendees to engage in informed conversations with their healthcare providers.

It was an enlightening and flavorful event that left everyone with a deeper appreciation of the powerful role herbs and supplements can play in everyday wellness.
