Hello from the ALC Department

Karen Bartlett, ALC Supervisor

As typical Arizona summer settles in, we are enjoying beautiful blue skies during the day and bright, vivid stars at night. It is still amazing how quickly it gets “cold” when the sun goes down.

The Architectural and Landscape Requirements and Guidelines (ALC Guidelines) have been updated, with the effective date of June 1. These new ALC Guidelines can be found on the QuailCreekHOA.org under “Quick Links”, and may be accessed without logging in.

Please note the following significant changes:

* Minimum wall heights will now be five (5’) feet.

* A new section has been added: 3.8 Curb Ramps. An ALC permit application is required. If you currently have a curb ramp installed to ease the “bump” entering or exiting your driveway. We kindly ask that you contact our office. We will give you the information needed to submit a permit application.

We are continuing the garage door audit to identify doors that may appear faded and tired looking. Courtesy notices will be sent to homeowners whose doors may need a fresh coat of paint. Please, take a moment to evaluate your own garage door. Should you receive a courtesy notice and you have left Quail Creek for a cooler summer destination, please contact us. We are happy to work with you.

We thank you for maintaining these standards that help preserve the aesthetics, property values, and overall quality of our community.

The ALC office is located by the dog park in the Admin Building at 904 N Quail View Loop. Stop in any time Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., call us at 520-393-5803 or email qcalc@robson.com Both Victoria Liebrand, and I are always happy to answer your questions or concerns.
