Melani Caron
As we begin a new year, I can look back at 2023 and see the hard work of the board of directors, the POA staff, and all that was accomplished. There is a lot to be proud of. I look forward to another successful year as the general manager. I’d like to thank John O’Rourke for serving on the board of directors and for his commitment in the new year of overseeing the landscape task force. I’d also like to welcome Ralph Scafuri to the board, whose term began on Jan. 1. Remaining on the board are Connie Bandstra, Jeff Krueger, Jack Sarsam, and Tim Fudge. If you have not attended a board meeting, I’d like to invite you to the first one of 2024, which will be held on Feb. 19 at 10 a.m. in the Madera Ballroom. Homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend.
I also want to thank each of you as residents of Quail Creek for all of your support and feedback. Your voice is important, and I enjoy hearing from you. Please join me as I hold Coffee with the GM meetings throughout the year. This is a great way for me to interact with each of you and learn more about your questions and concerns.
Quail Creek has a community website that will help keep each of you up to date. You can visit the website at www.quailcreekhoa.org. The website has helpful information on architectural landscape guidelines, links to pay your assessments, how to report a work order, department manager contact information, activities, golf, the Grill, and so much more.
Wishing you all a very happy new year and a safe and prosperous 2024.
