Quail Creek Property Owners Association
The 2024 Budget for the Quail Creek CC Property Owners Association was approved by the board of directors at the annual meeting held on Nov. 20. The board approved a $90-a-year increase to the reserve account. The budget and P&L Statements can be found on the website under POA Board > Budget & Financials. 2024 dues will be $2,970. Please note that dues are billed semiannually on Jan. 1 and July 1.
If your assessment payments are paid as an automatic withdrawal from your bank, please adjust the amount from $1,440 every six months to $1,485 every six months.
