Residents who wish to list an estate sale within the Quail Creek community are asked to follow a few important guidelines designed to keep the process smooth, organized, and consistent for everyone.
All estate sales must receive approval before they can be posted on the Items for sale platform. If you are planning an estate sale, please contact Christy Zaferis at Christy.Zaferis@Robson.com. Christy coordinates and reviews all requests to ensure they meet community standards.
Residents are also encouraged to avoid scheduling estate sales on Thursdays, as this day is designated for community-wide trash collection. Limiting estate sales on trash day helps reduce congestion and maintains a cleaner, safer neighborhood environment.
Please note that garage sale postings are not permitted. Instead, Quail Creek hosts an annual community garage sale every November, offering residents a convenient and well-organized opportunity to participate in a larger neighborhood event.
