Quail Creek Property Owners Association (QCPOA) staff has been working with multiple vendors to provide favorable pricing for our residents. Five trash companies were invited to participate during the course of this project. Waste Management was the only company who was able or willing to work with us. The others opted out or did not respond to several of our requests.
Waste Management has provided promotional pricing to our residents that is good for one year, effective Aug. 9, 2021. The pricing below will not increase 12 months from start of service. In order to take advantage of the promotional pricing below, you must take action by October 1, 2021.
If you are happy with your current provider, no action is required.
The promotional rate for residents is as follows:
* $17.50 per month: 96-gallon garbage tote, 35-gallon recycle tote; once per week on Mondays for both garbage and recycling
* Specify the promo code: “Think Green” when calling, or include in your email
* $6.50 administrative fee; waived when enrolling in both auto pay and paperless billing
* $50 removal charge (if ever needed)
* $50 reinstate charge (seasonal hold)
* One month free to new customers
* No delivery charge
* No set-up charge
New customers should call 1-800-796-9696 or 520-744-2600. Call by October 1, 2021, to lock in this limited offer. Specify the promo code “Think Green.” If you take advantage of this offer, remember to contact your current provider to cancel trash/recycling services.
Existing customers should email Eric Maszton, senior open market residential manager at [email protected], with the name and address on the existing Waste Management account. Existing customers will be enrolled directly by the open market residential team.
The $17.50 per month includes both fuel and environmental surcharges, and recycling material offset (RMO). In addition, there is also a $6.50 administrative fee that is billed quarterly. If you are not a current customer of Waste Management, they are also providing the first month free of charge.
If you are an existing customer with twice-a-week service already established, Waste Management will honor this schedule until the route increases.

* 10 percent military discount
* 10 percent discount to senior residents, 55 and older
