Quail Creek is excited to announce a proposed concept plan for a future Fitness, Aquatics and Community Center. The proposed plan for the new Fitness, Aquatics and Community Center will serve as a fitness and social hub of the community.
Phase One of the planned 34,970 square foot Community Center will showcase indoor and outdoor pools for relaxing, leisurely swims or swimming laps, a state-of-the-art fitness center, men’s and women’s locker rooms, saunas and a lounge. Neighborly gathering areas will be the main focus in Phase Two. Designed with social interactions in mind, this phase is slated to include a billiards room, bistro, outdoor terraces and a spacious event lawn.
