Fall Fundraiser to Support the Equine Voices Horses will take place Saturday, November 19, 2016, at 4:00 p.m. beginning with a cash bar in the Madera Clubhouse Crystal Ballroom.
There will be Silent and Live Auctions and a 50/50 raffle.
Ticket price is $65 per person.
Menu:
Mixed green salad
Choose one option for main course:
Chicken Picata with caper cream sauce served with garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables – or
Grilled salmon with lemon dill sauce – served with wild rice and seasonal vegetables
Puff pastry stuffed with roasted vegetables – including eggplant, red peppers, asparagus and zucchini baked in a puff pastry with mozzarella cheese and finished with red pepper aioli
New York style cheesecake with raspberry and chocolate sauce and whipped cream
