Elizabeth Herrera, winner of the Michael J. Sullivan Memorial Scholarship, as part of The Women of Quail Creek’s Women in Transition program, did not waste any time enrolling in her graduate studies after being awarded the scholarship in April 2021. She started her first course in the UA’s nursing program in May. Elizabeth’s ultimate goal is to become a nurse practitioner.
