Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus, Tom and Patti Ballowe
Dodie Martin
Once again, Quail Creek celebrated Christmas in its own way. There was a golf cart parade on Dec. 9 with more than 75 participants. Led by the Santa Rita Fire Department truck, everyone decorated their carts with over-the-top decorations. Bill Foraker provided Christmas music and commentary as the carts headed out. They returned to enjoy cookies and hot chocolate provided by the POA. The PAG Chorus provided musical entertainment, and Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus were on hand to have photos taken. Then it was time to find the elves who were hidden around the community. All 25 elves were found, and the finders were rewarded with a $20 gift card. Thanks to the Activities Council for coordinating the activities and holiday fun.
