Become a Quail Creek Board Member

Joyce Shumate

It’s that time of year again where you have a great opportunity to make a positive impact in Quail Creek as a POA board member. Being a board member, you serve a two-year term as one of the two Quail Creek resident member-elected representatives on the five-person board and help determine what happens in our community.

The person elected will represent all members and help Quail Creek continue to be a great place to live. POA board members participate in all board meetings and are liaisons to various board-appointed community committees. Being a POA board member is a rewarding and satisfying experience.

“I have enjoyed my time during the five years I’ve spent on the POA board and have had the pleasure to work with the RCI-appointed board members and influence the direction and activities of Quail Creek,” said Jeff Krueger, Quail Creek resident board member. “If anyone is interested in continuing to enhance our great community, I would encourage them to run for the board.”

The Nomination Period for the 2025/2026 years opens on Tuesday, Aug. 27. All interested members must submit a Statement of Intent, a brief bio, and a picture anytime through 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 24. You can access the Statement of Intent form and review the requirements online by logging onto quailcreekhoa.org and navigate to POA Board > 2024 Board of Directors Election, or pick up a nomination form at the QC Administration office located at 904 N. Quail View Loop, adjacent to the dog park.

Once complete, drop off the Statement of Intent package (form, bio, and picture) to the administrative office prior to the 2 p.m., Sept. 24 deadline.

The Voting Election Period begins Oct. 15 and runs through Nov. 12.
