It’s time once again for all of the Quail Creek Ladies Golf Associations to come together for their annual “Chip-In for Charity” event.
The Ladies 18-Hole Golf Association, the Ladies 9-Holers, and the Lady Putters are all sponsoring this community-wide event on Thursday, Oct. 30, which includes golf tournaments and a luncheon. The funds collected will go to the Parkinson’s Support Group of Green Valley, Valley Assistance Services, Hands of a Friend, and the Sahuarita Food Bank.
You do not have to be a member of one of these golf associations to participate in this event. Everyone will be able to play with the 9-Holers and Lady Putters. Those with an established handicap are welcome to play with the Lady 18-Holers. Look for flyers around the Pro Shop for more information.
Everyone can help support our efforts by donating non-perishable food items or writing a check to your favorite charity. Receptacles will be in the Pro Shop beginning Oct. 20 through Oct. 30.
Step up to the tee, Quail Creek, and let’s all “Chip-In” to help these worthy causes!
