A Note from Your Serenity Spa Team

Ever wonder which massage your body actually needs? While all three offer incredible benefits, they target different levels of tension and are geared towards different goals:

* Tranquil Massage: The stress-reliever. It uses light-to-medium pressure and long, flowing strokes to calm your nervous system and melt away tension.

Best for: Pure relaxation and unwinding after a hectic week.

* Therapeutic Massage: The perfect middle ground. It blends the relaxing, fluid strokes of a Swedish massage with targeted, moderate-to-firm pressure on your specific problem areas. Best for: Those who want to deeply relax but still need extra attention on a tight lower back or stiff shoulders.

* Deep Tissue Massage: The muscle-mender. Less focus on relaxation. It uses firm, deliberate pressure to reach the deepest layers of muscle to work out adhesions, painful points and tight ropey muscle tissue. It can include trigger point work, cupping, use of elbows and stretching. Best for: Relieving chronic stiffness, releasing stubborn knots, and recovering after a heavy week of golf, pickleball, or tennis.

Whether you need total tranquility, a customized blend, or deep recovery, our expert therapists are here to tailor every session to your body’s exact needs.
