Caring Hearts & Hands of Quail Creek will again be sponsoring a Fashion Show Luncheon as a fundraiser for YOTO (Youth On Their Own) of Tucson.
Now in its fifth year, Caring Hearts & Hands is once again offering custom designs by Ruby Jane Designs of Tubac! Ruby is creating designs that will only be available at the fashion show!
The day will begin with a Pop-Up Shop in the Madera clubhouse of Ruby’s designs for sale to all attendees. Then the fun really begins with ticket sales for raffles, silent auction items available for bid, and “Limoncello Spritzers” at the full-service bar. During the luncheon and fashion show, winners will be drawn for the raffle prizes, silent auction items, and 50/25/25 drawings.
Shopping starts at 9 a.m. in the Pop-Up Shop. Ballroom doors open at 10:30 a.m. with a full-service bar. Opening remarks/Luncheon starts at 11 a.m. The Fashion Show starts at approximately 11:45 a.m. to noon (after remarks). Late shopping begins in the Gold Room after the conclusion of the show from approximately 2 to 4 p.m.
The ticket price is $45 per guest, which includes lunch (entrée and dessert). Tickets are on sale starting in November. Please look for ticket sale dates and times in What’s Happening.
