Directional Lead-In Signsfor Open Houses

Directional lead-in signs for open houses within Quail Creek

In order to maintain a cleaner-looking community, the HOA would like to limit the number of open house directional lead-in signs appearing on the main roads. Based upon feedback we received from homeowners and realtors, we have moved away from requiring the use of the standard sign. The standard sign did not provide a phone number for realtors to communicate with each. Therefore, the following rules will be in place for open house directional lead-in signs within Quail Creek:

Main loop roads

Only one directional lead-in sign is permitted on the corner of the main Loop/Blvd. road indicating where to turn into a neighborhood from the main Loop/Blvd. road. The first Realtor/Broker lead-in sign on the Loop/Blvd. corner will be the only lead-in on the Loop/Blvd. corner directing buyers into a neighborhood. Signage is not allowed in the medians. Within the neighborhood, realtors may place their own Realtor/Broker directional lead-in signage, as long as it is placed in the common area. Only one sign per Realtor/Broker is permitted on interior corners where necessary. Directional lead-in signs shall not be placed in a homeowner’s yard without the homeowner’s permission.

No directional lead-in signage is allowed at the first intersection of Quail Crossing Boulevard and Quail Range Loop (see #1 on map) as you approach from the main gate.

An additional standard directional lead-in sign is allowed at the second intersection of Quail Crossing Boulevard and Quail Range Loop (see #2 on map) to indicate an open house south of the intersection in the direction of the back gate.

It is the responsibility of the realtors to communicate with each other in order to determine when the lead-in signage on the Loop/Blvd. corner will be in place during the associated open house hours. If the first Realtor/Broker lead-in signage is removed before the end of the showing times for all the open houses in a particular unit, another Realtor/Broker may place their lead-in sign on the Loop/Blvd. after the other lead-in sign is removed.

Signs that are not in compliance with the above rules will be removed by Patrol and will be available for pick-up by the realtor at the gatehouse.
