Your Activities Council works closely with Lily Nesselrode, Activities Coordinator, and Epi Torres, Director of Banquets and Events, to bring you exciting events both on-site and off-site. We meet monthly to discuss, debate, and finalize plans for upcoming events. If you have any suggestions for fun things to do, please email our chairperson Lin Sanford at [email protected].
Pat Fry moved to Quail Creek in July, 2021. He has been a member of the Activities Council since March, 2022. Pat is a 30-year veteran of the Air Force. He and his wife Michelle have had 17 homes in their travels together.
Vicky Persson moved into her new home in Quail Creek in March, 2022. Vicky serves as the secretary of the Activities Council and the secretary of the Election Committee. Vicky retired from banking after 44 years.
Lin Sanford moved to Quail Creek in 2016 from Bellevue, Wash. Lin is a U of A graduate. She loves to travel and play golf. In addition to serving as the chair of the Activities Council, she is a unit rep and a member of Caring Hearts & Hands and Jetsetters. Lin is originally from Juneau, Alaska.
Karen Marit-Saad moved to Quail Creek with her husband in June, 2022, from Paso Robles, Calif. They really enjoy their retirement lifestyle, meeting nice people, and all the amenities/opportunities the community has to offer.
Lynn Kern moved to Quail Creek with her husband two years ago. They love Quail Creek.
Martha Parsons moved to Quail Creek three years ago. Besides the Activities Council, she belongs to TWOQC, QC Ceramics, Valley Verde Rotary Club, Catholic Daughters, and various game groups.
Dodie Prescott has lived in Quail Creek for 12 years. She moved here from Florida. She is also a member of the Performing Arts Guild and Casual Dance Club. Dodie is an actor, singer, and golfer.
Pam Rodgers moved to Quail Creek with her husband in 2010. Pam enjoys golfing, attending concerts, volunteering, and getting involved in the community. Pam worked in Quail Creek Member Services and Events for many years. It was natural that she would want to help on the Activities Council.
