As we welcome a new year, I reflect on 2024 with pride, acknowledging the dedication and hard work of the board of directors and POA staff and all that we have accomplished together. It’s been a remarkable year.
Looking ahead, I am excited for another successful year as your general manager. I would like to express my gratitude to Jeff Krueger for his service on the board of directors and his diligent work overseeing the Rules Task Force and the Elections Committee. Additionally, I am pleased to welcome Wayne Stadnik to the board, whose term began on Jan. 1. Remaining on the board are Connie Bandstra, Ralph Scafuri, Jack Sarsam, and Tim Fudge.
If you haven’t attended a board meeting yet, I invite you to join us for the first meeting of 2025, which will be held on Feb. 17 at 10 a.m. in the Madera ballroom. Homeowners are encouraged to attend and participate.
I also want to extend my heartfelt thanks to all residents of Quail Creek for your support and feedback. Your voices matter, and I enjoy hearing from you. Throughout the year, I will be holding Coffee with the GM meetings. This is a wonderful opportunity for us to interact and for me to address your questions and concerns.
