The Women of Quail Creek’s small group In My Kitchen was held on June 12 at the home of our incredibly gracious hostess Becky Ashin.
There is simply nothing better in life than a great meal shared with wonderful friends, and what a perfect meal it was! The menu was outstanding. The star of the event was an incredible honey garlic shrimp and rice entrée with a delightful Asian salad as counterpoint. But let’s never ever forget the dessert! Peach dump cake with homemade ice cream topped off a perfect meal. Yum, yum, yum, and then some!
