Gary Reed Scores a Hole-in-One
Congratulations to fellow Quail Creek Men’s Golf Association member Gary Reed for scoring a hole-in-one on Road Runner 2 on Wednesday, Aug. 17. Way to go, Gary!
Quoting him, “I was fortunate to get a hole-in-one on Road Runner 2. We hit from the copper tees to a red flag at about 135 yards. No one actually saw the ball go into the hole due to the sun. Since it was not on the green, I figured it was in the bunker in back of the green. But no ball was there. Then I looked in the hole, and there it was. It was my second career hole-in-one, but the first hole-in-one at Quail Creek. My playing partners were Gunter Schmidt, John Brooks, and Bob Robuck.”

Congratulations to QCMGA member Pete Delcour for scoring a hole-in-one on Road Runner 2 on July 18, 2022. Pete used an 8-iron from a tee box distance of 130 yards. His ace was witnessed by playing partners Terry Martin and Tom Fischer. Way to go, Pete!
