As the Ballroom Dance Club members finished their delicious gourmet dinner, modified by our Quail Creek Chef from the menu of the “647 Dinner Club” in Buenos Aires, Argentina, the professional dance team of Kathi Bobillot and her husband Rick were warming up to do a dance demonstration. We thought we’d been transported to the set of the television series Dancing with the Stars. Kathi and Rick were a graceful, fluid, rhythmic duo as they performed a memorable Nightclub Two Step.
Our club returned to the dance floor, perhaps a bit more dynamic from having seen the move and flow of our stylish guest performers. Our band for the evening was the Tom Patrick Band.
