Most of the Quail Creek activities have slowed down considerably with the arrival of our lovely summer weather. The Lapidary and Jewelry Club is no exception. Our workshop will be operating on a very limited schedule and a few classes will be offered, all of which can be seen on our website.

Nancy Riordon has been teaching popular classes in Kumihimo Braiding. Kumihimo is the art of braiding cord or other fabrics on a wheel. Beads can be added to give a beautiful effect. Nancy also gave a class in miniature picture frame pendants. Washers and rivets are used to create delicate jewelry  pieces.
